By accessing or using Kerala Guardian's services, website, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Kerala Guardian provides property management services including but not limited to:

• Property inspections and health assessments
• Maintenance and repair coordination
• Cleaning services
• Document storage and management
• Agricultural land management
• Expense tracking and reporting

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Property Ownership

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the property or have proper authorization from the owner to engage our services. You agree to provide accurate property information and documentation as requested.

Service Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality services as described. However, service delivery may be affected by factors including:

• Weather conditions
• Access restrictions to the property
• Availability of third-party vendors
• Force majeure events

We will communicate any delays or issues promptly and work to resolve them.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or as agreed
• Additional service costs (repairs, maintenance) require your approval
• Payments are processed via Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India)
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Refunds are provided per our refund policy

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who are not satisfied with our services.

Third-Party Services

We coordinate with third-party vendors (plumbers, electricians, cleaners, etc.) to provide maintenance services. While we vet these vendors, we are not responsible for their actions or the quality of their work beyond our reasonable supervision. All vendor work is subject to your approval before commencement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party vendors beyond our control
• We are not liable for property damage due to natural disasters or criminal acts

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform (including software, text, images, and logos) are owned by Kerala Guardian and protected by intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Kerala, India, in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. You agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
